Resign

2nd last day working in TGV. .arggh. time passed so fast.. I worked at TGV for almost 5 months already.. I still remember my first day of work, it just seems like it only happened yesterday..I made alot of new friends in different races.. =) now I know they are friendly .. I admit that sometimes I'd been very rude to some customers..whether working in tele-sales, candy bar or ticket box.. but everyone's patience has a limit right? There are few customers I served or i saw before..which are weird , or annoys me.

scene 1. ( Candy Bar )
me : yes, hello. Nak apa bang?
customer : ada burger?
me : takde. tapi ada sandwich tuna/chicken dan hotdog.
customer : Okay. bagi saya hotdog double.
me : ok. maksud 2 hotdog yea?
customer : Tak. saya mau satu roti 2 hotdog
me : tak boleh lar sir, kecuali u beli 2 hotdog dgn total rm7
customer : oh, macam ni ke? tak pa lar, u bagi saya hotdog satu, tapi belah hotdog kepada 2. jadi akan nampak macam hotdog double.
me : **stunt, wtf?** (went to take hotdog, & hotdog not cook yet)
me : sir, hotdog belum masak lagi lar, 5 min lagi. nanti u balik belilah.
customer : okay.
(after he said okay he still stand in front of my counter..tons of ppl are behind him waiting)
me : sir, boleh bagi orang lain dulu? u balik nanti untuk beli hotdog
customer : saya sedang tunggulah .
me : Tak sir . ( Started to lost my patience ). you pegi jalan jalan dulu. lepas 5 min u balik untuk beli.. byk orang ada kat belakang sedang tunggu .
(customer went away)
--10 mins later (hotdog cooked, but sold out), the same customer came back--
customer : bagi hotdog dua.
me : sir, hotdog belum masak lagi
customer : tadi u kata 5 min masak?
me : ya, tapi u datang lewat, sudah habis jual, kalau nak kena tunggu 15 min lagi.
( he looked at me with a kinda angry face )
customer : Tak pa lar, u pun tak faham apa saya cakap. tak mau lar sudah.
(then he walked off )...

scene 2. Candy bar.
( one gang of malay guys around age 18-20 came to buy snacks at candy bar )
me : yes, hello sir. nak apa?
cust A : nak combo 1.
me : apa apa lagi?
cust : ya.. tunggu
( waiting . . . & waiting.. whole gang just non stop joking and playing )
me : yes sir. nak apa lagi????
cust : bagi saya (............ some snacks )
me : itu saja yea, takde apa lagi ya?
cust : ada. telefon nombor u.
me : tak boleh
cust : kenapa tak boleh
me : sebab tak boleh lar.
cust : macam ni mari tengok wayang dengan saya lar.
me : boleh... tapi sekarang ada kerja. jadi tak boleh..
(another of his friend pushed him away )
cust B : * talked softly * jangan bagi dia telefon nombor u.. bagi saya.
me : tak boleh tak boleh...total rm$ .tq.
( then start asking those customer who were behind them for their order and ignore those malay guys )

scene 3 . tele-sales room
*phone rings*
me: hello. good morning TGV IPoh
cust : saya nak tanya , hari ini ada cerita apa yea?
me : hari ini ada cerita A, B, C, D, E dan F
cust : apa show time ?
me : untuk cerita mana ?
cust : semua.
***what the fuck? all show time for each of the show***
me : masa untuk cerita A ... bla bla bla bla.. untuk cerita B bla bla bla..
( after telling all the show time, I already lost my patience )
me : jadi cik nak booking untuk cerita apa ? pukul berapa?
cust : Tak, saya nak tanya saja. thank u ya.
( and then she hung up the phone call ) . . . . . . damn it.. how would u feel if u were me?

scene 4 . candy bar.
the packing for chipster is black based... either black red, black purple, black yello, or black orange.this what happened.
me : yes order pls
cust : bagi saya chipster
me : nak flavour apa?
cust : * discuss with boyfriend * bagi saya yang hitam itu.
me : hitam?? yang mana?
cust : nehh.. yang chipster hitam itu.
me : chipster semua packing pun hitam punya lar miss
cust : saya mau yang pedas itu.
me : bagi tau lar merah.. bukan hitam..

there are few more funny one. Like there will always be some customers come to my counter and ask for ice lemon tea without ice.. everytime i'll reply them the same way.
"sir, ice lemon tea without ice is lemon tea. not ice lemon tea."
it's just same as u ask for wan ton mee without mee...

There is too much to be talked about TGV. those memories that will remain in mind all these while..My last day is on 6th june.. tomorrow I'll be going back to kampar and my class starts on monday , 1st of June.. I'm sure i gonna take lots of pictures on my last day =)

All over again..

Shocked? Don't be. I just want to start my blog all over again. Yeahh. all over again.. So just start all over again with where am I going to further my studies. I'm gonna further my studies in Utar, Kampar.. First time I'm gonna stay outside alone with my friends.. I'm happy that miss Lam mun yee is going to utar too *excited* Everything in kampar was going pretty smooth, including going for the orientation and ponteng orientation *giggles* I'm enjoying my life now To The Max.. =)
